How Does it Work?

Patients begin by searching for the service or procedure they need. They are then presented with a number of options offered by the HealthyBid provider network, based on parameters such as type of service, credentials, price and location.

Once a provider has been selected, patients agree in advance to a predetermined cost, set by the provider to be paid at the time of service. HealthyBid serves as the conduit for patient and provider to come together and takes no part in the actual transaction.

The HealthyBid process is simple:

STEP 1:

Patients enter the type of service they are seeking along with basic demographic information.

STEP 2:

HealthyBid’s proprietary software system displays the providers matching the patient’s criteria. Patients can select a provider based on individual preferences such as price, location, or credentials.

STEP 3:

Patients choose a provider and receive a confirmation code.

STEP 4:

HealthyBid notifies providers of their selection along with the patient’s confirmation code.

STEP 5:

Patients are responsible for providing their confirmation code when they call to schedule their appointment.

STEP 6:

Patients pay the full amount at the time services are rendered. No billing is required for payment.

There are no membership dues or hidden costs to you or the patient.
